On the Vercel pilot, access requests, inquiry details and submitted survey answers are saved in a private Vercel Blob store in Frankfurt for Offplan to handle your request and prepare a relevant conversation. Survey answers can include your investment goals, budget, timing and preferences. A successful submission is shown only after storage confirms it. Shared invitation links contain a random record reference and expiry, not your name, email or budget. Access uses a 30-day HttpOnly cookie; your language is remembered separately. Campaign tags may be kept in session storage and attached to an inquiry. Contact and budget data are not stored in browser storage. There is no third-party analytics or marketing tracking. Operator and data handling

The operator must confirm the controller, service providers, processing purposes, legal basis, retention periods, transfers and rights process. Hosting providers may process technical request logs. The production privacy policy must describe the actual configuration.

Property information

Project data is a dated snapshot of developer-supplied public information, not live availability or a binding offer. Calculations explain published payment terms, not personal suitability. Independent legal, tax and financial review remains important. This website does not accept payments, reserve property or form a purchase agreement.
